Welcome to Tinlr (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using our website tinlr.com and related services (including link shortening, QR codes, analytics, and bio pages) you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before using Tinlr.

1) Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, using our services, or visiting tinlr.com, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree, please do not use the Service.

2) Description of Service

Tinlr provides tools for shortening URLs, generating QR codes, creating bio pages, and viewing analytics. Additional features (e.g., custom domains, team access, premium plans) may be offered depending on your subscription tier.

3) Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate information and keep it updated.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You must immediately notify us if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
  • Tinlr reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in abuse, spam, or illegal activity.

4) Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use Tinlr for spam, phishing, malware, scams, or illegal content.
  • Shorten or share URLs that lead to harmful, misleading, or deceptive material.
  • Violate third‑party intellectual property, privacy, or any applicable laws.
  • Attempt to hack, overload, or disrupt Tinlr’s systems.
  • Use automated bots or scraping tools without written permission.

Tinlr may remove or block any content or link violating these rules at its sole discretion.

5) Payments and Subscriptions

  • Paid features (if any) are billed via our authorised processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).
  • You agree to provide accurate billing information.
  • All prices are shown in GBP (or your local currency where applicable).
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing cycle.
  • Refunds are provided only where required by law or our Refund Policy.

6) Intellectual Property

All Tinlr content, software, logos, and trademarks are the property of Tinlr or its licensors. You retain ownership of your shortened URLs, data, and uploaded materials but grant Tinlr a limited licence to host and display them as necessary to operate the Service.

7) Analytics Data

By using Tinlr, you understand that click, visit, and scan data related to your links and QR codes will be collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You may delete your data at any time from your dashboard.

8) Termination

Tinlr may suspend or terminate your account at any time for:

  • Breach of these Terms or applicable law, or
  • Abuse, spam, or security threats.

Upon termination, your data and links may be deleted or deactivated without notice. Sections relating to limitation of liability, indemnity, and intellectual property will survive termination.

9) Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Tinlr does not guarantee uninterrupted or error‑free operation. We are not responsible for damages or losses caused by external factors, third‑party services, or your misuse of the platform.

10) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tinlr and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including data loss, profit loss, or business interruption) arising from your use of the Service. In any case, Tinlr’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you (if any) in the past 12 months.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tinlr, its owners, and partners from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of the Service, your links, or any violation of these Terms.
